Delivery & Returns Information
UK Next Day Delivery
All orders are shipped via DPD for next day delivery before 12PM at £10 per 20kg. Orders will be delivered the next day for UK mainland orders only. Please note any larger consignments orders over 20kg, will occur extra charges.
Please be advised next day delivery will not be available if your order meets the following criteria’s.
Any orders needed to be shipped to these UK offshore locations will not be available under next day delivery.
Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scottish Islands, Channel Island, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight Scilly Isles
Any order placed after 12PM, that require any technical upgrade or intervention.
Any orders placed during public and seasonal holidays may not be shipped under next day delivery.

International Delivery
We offer international delivery for all our orders. However, pricing will very be depending on the unit. Through this, please can you contact us for International Deliveries costings.
UK Returns
We offer a 14-day cooldown period for Hardware purchases. If you change your mind or are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service team on (+44) 01305 250 505 or send us an email to sales@deane247.com and we will process your return. All we ask is that you pay the return postage. All returns should be unopened, unused and in their original condition.
All orders should be checked on delivery and any damage reported directly to Deane Computer Solutions within 2 working days; as we cannot accept liability for any damages reported after this time.
Before returning any item, please log an online RMA ticket within the return period, valid from the date of receipt, for a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) number and fill in the online form. The RMA number must appear on your return packing label. Please do not write on the outside of the box. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA. Any faults or damage that is not documented on the RMA form that may have occurred due to goods in transit will not be covered by Deane. In this case, an investigation will be raised with the delivery service.
International Returns
